🎯 Role Overview:

As our Scrum Master, you'll be the heartbeat of our Agile processes. Lead Scrum ceremonies 🔄, ensure adherence to Agile principles, manage project budgets.

🔧 Key Technical Skills Required:

• 7+ years in the field, with 3-4 dedicated as a Scrum Master.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) preferred 📜.
• Mastery over Agile tools, especially Jira and Azure Boards 🛠️.
• Proven track record in project budgeting and timeline management ⏳.
